EuroTier blog: International visitors flock to EuroTier

EuroTier is expecting almost 160,000 visitors to pass through its halls over four days this week. And some of those are making their way to International Aquafeed's stand in Hall 23 Stand C04.

None more respected than Dr Marian McLouchlin, MVB PhD MRCVS, of Aquatic Veterinary Services visiting from Northern Ireland.

Dr McLouchlin, who is located in Belfast, is an expert in salmonid alphavirus (SAV) infections and is currently working with MSD to develop a vaccine for Pancreas Disease caused by SAV. Now over 150 million salmon per year are getting this vaccine. She is also working with the company Lesaffre in developing new feed additives for aquaculture.
